A canonical, machine-readable public database of AI, API, hosting, and commerce service facts.

SpecAtlas is a canonical, machine-readable database of the contractual and technical facts developers actually need when evaluating AI, API, hosting, and commerce services — OpenAI API, Claude, Vercel, Stripe, Shopify, and others. For each service we track commercial use, output ownership, training-data handling, redistribution conditions, API availability, plan differences, and prohibited industries, each backed by a direct link to a primary source (official terms, docs, or pricing page) and a last-checked date.

Every page corresponds to one normalized object (entity / rights / constraints / changes / compare) and is served in both HTML and Markdown forms. LLMs can retrieve the full site map via /llms.txt and a condensed dataset via /llms-full.txt. The goal is a catalogue of settled facts that you can scan in five seconds before making a decision — not another opinion blog.
