About SpecAtlas
SpecAtlas is a normalized public database of factual information about AI, API, hosting, and commerce services — commercial use, output ownership, training-data handling, API and plan constraints, and the change history of terms. It currently covers 27 services and 22 comparison pages. It is operated by JIT Inc. (Libra App).
Why this exists
The settled facts a developer needs before adopting a service — the things you can read directly from the terms — are scattered across each vendor's terms of service, documentation, and pricing pages. SpecAtlas consolidates them into one normalized page per service, structured to be readable by both humans and LLMs. It is a catalogue of sourced facts, not an opinion blog.
Sourcing policy
- Primary sources only. Every fact links to a source where the publisher is the primary authority — official terms of service, official documentation, official pricing pages. Secondary sources (blogs, roundups) are not used as evidence.
- Checked dates are explicit. Every fact records a last-checked date. Terms change, so treat anything after that date as requiring re-verification against the original source.
- Unknowns are labelled. Where a primary source does not make a point clear, we do not guess "yes" or "no" — the item is explicitly marked "unknown" or "conditional".
About the analysis sections
The "Analysis & practical guidance" section on each service page is SpecAtlas's interpretation and a summary of practical caveats — not the contractual facts themselves. It is written as general guidance; always make your final decision based on the primary sources and your own situation.
Updates and feedback
Changes to terms and pricing are recorded in the Changes log. If you find an error or outdated information, please contact the operator — corrections are verified as a priority.
